Refund policy

We accept returns that are within 14 days of receipt for store credit/gift card only valid for 6 months (gift cards will include less shipping cost).  You will be responsible for the return shipping.

Please note there are no returns, or exchanges on sale items.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt of proof of purchase.

After the product is returned and your return request is approved you will be issued a gift card to the email address that you originally placed your order with.  You satisfaction is our top priority. 

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to request a return for the item you have,  once the return is accepted and your gift card has processed you will be eligible to make a separate purchase for the new item.
